The Hemlock has an innovative Baseplate which transfers rider input out to four heel-and-toe convergence zones, improving communication and control of your edge. The System X baseplate limits the binding’s direct contact with the board to the disk and convergence zones, creating a more natural flex underfoot, reducing binding flat spots, and eliminating rigid board contact. The Hemlock binding has a light, stiff and laterally supportive asymmetrical highback. These Low–mounted highbacks allow a rider’s boot to slide in clean, with 5° pre–rotation to provide a more ergonomic feel and freedom of movement when riding. These highbacks will sit more naturally against the shape of your boot and will provide more efficient energy transfer and comfort. Arbor's Bow Strap adjusters and ladders are pre-curved to actively drop out of the way, so you can get into the binding easier than ever before. For added custom support the Aluminum Heelcup is adjustable, this will help you fine-tune your stance width for a more comfortable ride and the EVA footbed design provides comfort and durability.
